Let us introduce ourselves. We are Matt and Heather, and we are barbecue caterers and creators based in the heart of the Waikato.

We are proud 2023 winners of TVNZ’s Cooks on Fire television program.

We are also multiple barbecue grand championship winners and 2022 National Reserve Grand Champions. We know what great barbecue is and we are passionate about sharing our love of barbecue with you.
